This policy defines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, exchanges, and related processes for medical products only. These items are regulated, sensitive, and governed by strict hygiene and safety standards. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the conditions stated below. Read carefully. Ignorance will not override these terms.


1. Return Window

Returns are accepted strictly within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Any request initiated after this period will be automatically rejected without exception.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, accessories, and inserts.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is mandatory.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the return request.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns for products are only considered if:

  • The product is damaged in transit
  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The packaging seal is broken before delivery

All such claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic and video evidence. Failure to do so voids any claim.

No exceptions will be made based on personal dissatisfaction, prescription changes, or incorrect self-diagnosis.

4. Partial Refund Scenarios

  • Items showing visible signs of use
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence
  • Missing components not attributable to our error
  • Returns received after the approved return window

The refund amount will be adjusted based on depreciation, condition, and resale viability.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification confirming receipt.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • If rejected, the item will not be returned back unless shipping is paid again by the customer.

Processing times depend on banks and payment gateways and are not controlled by us.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

Before escalating:

  1. Recheck your bank statement.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer.
  3. Contact your bank for processing delays.

If unresolved, email us at info@sehatboxx.com with your Order ID and transaction details. Baseless claims will be ignored.


7. Sale Items

All discounted or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. No loopholes.


8. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

To request an exchange, contact us at info@sehatboxx.com with photographic proof and send the item to:

Replacement will be initiated only after inspection approval.


9. Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly, store credit equivalent to the item value will be issued.
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.

We do not mediate personal disputes between buyer and recipient.


10. Return Shipping

  • Customers bear full responsibility for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping fees will be deducted.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

For high-value items, we strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping.


11. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Delayed reporting voids your claim.


12. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny any return request that does not comply with this policy
  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
  • Make final decisions regarding all refund and return disputes

Our decision is final and binding.
