Refund and Returns Policy

Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order on Sehatboxx.com.

Returns

All our shipments are inspected carefully before dispatch. If you receive a product in any of the below-mentioned conditions, kindly notify us within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Policy – Acceptable Reasons for Returns

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Damaged, leaking, tampered, or broken product/package.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product received after the expiration date.
  • Incomplete order or missing products.

Unacceptable Reasons for Returns

  • Opened, used, or altered products.
  • Original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
  • Return or replacement request generated after 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Damaged or missing product reported after 4 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
  • Issues such as stomach upset, headache, flavour preference, or flavour differences between brands are not eligible for return. Customers are advised to consult their doctor before purchasing products.

Process for Valid Return Requests

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product by emailing us at wellness@sehatboxx.com along with images as proof.
  • Our team will investigate and review your return request within 24 working hours.
  • If the product is found to be damaged and unusable, we may request you to discard the product and provide a replacement accordingly.
  • If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the product through a reliable courier partner. Courier charges will be reimbursed.
  • Once the returned product is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.
  • Replacement of products is subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • The returned product is damaged or tampered with by the customer.
  • The shipping address entered while placing the order is incorrect.
  • The product has been partially consumed before requesting a return.
  • The customer does not comply with the return policy stated above.

Refunds May Be Issued Under the Following Circumstances:

  • The product ordered is out of stock.
  • The shipping address is not serviceable by us.
  • The customer complies with the return policy stated above.
  • The returned product is found to be in good condition and untampered.
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order from the same email address.

Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch by sending an email to wellness@sehatboxx.com. Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

For cancelled orders, refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.

Processing Fees

There are no processing fees for returns or replacements. However, if you request a replacement with a higher-priced product, you will be required to pay the price difference.

Modes of Refund

To cancel, exchange, or return a product, please email us at wellness@sehatboxx.com.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the same account used while placing the order. Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided while placing the return request. Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Refund Timeline

Once the refund request is approved and processed, the amount will be transferred within 3–5 working days.

Replacement Delivery Timeline

Once the replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
